Who we are

TAC-PSYCH Solutions was built for one reason: first-responder wellness can’t be theoretical. It has to work in the real world—on shift, after critical incidents, and inside organizations where toughness, loyalty, and stigma can make help-seeking complicated.

I’m Gage Hull: firefighter, Army combat veteran, and trauma clinician for military and first responders, with a background in peer support and operational leadership. I work with agencies to design and strengthen practical wellness systems—especially peer support programs and EAP integration—so support is clear, trusted, and actually used.

My work focuses on five core areas: peer support team development and supervision, EAP implementation and utilization optimization, program evaluation and outcomes reporting, wellness coordination, and resource referral pathways. That means I help you build the structure (policies, boundaries, workflows), train the right people, support the team over time, and measure what’s working so leadership can make informed decisions.

TAC-PSYCH serves fire, EMS, law enforcement, dispatch, corrections, and other high-stress service organizations. Whether you’re starting from scratch or rebuilding an existing program, my goal is the same: create a system your people will trust—and your leadership can stand behind.
